1. After the HDPE double-wall corrugated pipe is laid, the pipe wall is partially damaged due to unexpected factors. When the area of the damaged part or the length and width of the crack do not exceed the specified value, glue repair measures can be taken.

2. When the diameter or side length of the local damaged hole on the wall of the HDPE double-wall corrugated pipe is not more than 20mm, the PVC plastic adhesive solvent can be pasted outside the circular plate with a diameter of not less than 100mm and the same as the pipe.

3. When the local damage to the pipe wall is 20-100mm, PVC plastic glue solvent can be used to stick the circular plate with the same size as the circular hole and 100mm of the pipe firmly.

4. There are local cracks in the pipe wall. When the crack length is not greater than 1/12 of the circumference of the pipe, the length is greater than the crack length plus 100mm, the width is not less than 60mm and the same as the pipe at the crack, and the two ends of the plate can be cut into arcs.

5. Before repair, the water in the pipe will be cleaned, the damaged part of the pipe wall will be trimmed with a scraper, and cleaned with water. For special-shaped wall pipes, the ribs within the repair range must be removed, and then sanded with sandpaper or a file.

6. Before applying glue, cyclohexanone should be brushed on the bottom surface of the bonded part, and the adhesive should be brushed as soon as possible after drying. Blades for external connections must be cut from corresponding parts of the same pipe diameter. The interior of the outer patch should also be cleaned, and the base surface should be covered with cyclohexanone, and then with the adhesive solvent.

7. Holes not larger than 20mm can be wrapped and fixed with geotextile after pasting, and returned after 24 hours of maintenance; holes and cracks larger than 20mm can be fixed with lead wire winding after gluing.

8. After the pipeline is repaired, the excavated part of the pipe bottom should be filled with coarse sand and compacted according to the requirements of the support angle.

9. In order to take maintenance measures for the damaged pipeline, the construction unit must obtain the opinions of the management unit and the on-site supervision in advance; the damage to the bottom of the pipeline must also be approved by the design unit before implementation.
