(2) Milling the pipe section with an electric tool to ensure that the contact surfaces of the two pipes are consistent;
(3) Raise the temperature of the heating plate to 210 ° C, place it in the middle of the end faces of the two pipes, work the electro-hydraulic device, make the end faces of the two pipes contact, and heat the heating plate at the same time;
(4) Adjust the heating plate and work the hydraulic device again to connect the end faces of the two fusion pipes and lock the hydraulic device (to prevent backlash);
(5) release a certain cooling down to complete the work;
(6) After the construction is completed, the ground can be resumed for use after passing the pressure test and acceptance;
(7) During the heating process of the pipeline, windproof measures should be taken, and the cooling process should be carried out gradually, rather than rapid cooling.
