Product description

The carat pipe is thermally wound to form a high-density polyethylene (HDPE) wound structural wall pipe. The wall pipe is made of high-density polyethylene resin as the main raw material, adopts the thermal winding process, and uses polypropylene (PP) single-wall corrugated pipe as the support structure to make a special structural wall pipe with high external pressure resistance. Carat pipe products can be divided into four series: PR, OP, SQ, and VW.

Carat tube products can be divided into four series: PR, OP, SQ, and VW, of which: PR, OP-are mainly used as buried drainage pipes, SQ-are mainly used for the manufacture of containers or manholes, and VW-are mainly used for tee, elbow, secondary processing The most used pipe fittings in the product are the PR series. The inner surface of this product is smooth, and the outside is a special-shaped reinforced structure. The standard length of the pipe is 6 meters, and the inner diameter range of the pipe is DN300-DN4000. The product indicators have reached the GB/T 19472.2-2017 B-type structural wall pipe standard and EN-13476 European standard requirements.
