HDPE double-wall corrugated pipe is a new type of lightweight pipe made of polyethylene as raw material, processed by extrusion and special molding technology, with smooth inner wall and closed corrugated outer wall. It has excellent ring stiffness and good strength and toughness. Double-wall corrugated pipe has become the pipe material of "plastic instead of steel" in the pipeline field. It overcomes the shortcomings of difficult installation, easy corrosion, high water flow, bacteria breeding and short life.

Double-wall corrugated pipes are widely used in municipal drainage and sewage, agricultural irrigation, coal mine ventilation, chemical industry, communication cable sheath and other fields.

Performance Features:

1. Light weight, safe and simple, good sealing performance and low construction cost.

2. It has a sufficiently safe ring stiffness and a relatively high stiffness-to-weight ratio.

3. Strong ability to resist abnormal sudden loads.

4. The inner surface is smooth, not easy to produce deposition, and the friction coefficient is small.

6. It has high impact resistance, so it will not be broken or damaged during installation and transportation.

7. Non-toxic black high-density polyethylene (PE) pipes have passed the inspection of relevant health departments and are licensed for use.

8. UV resistance, long-term placement outdoors or outdoor use without worrying about changes in pipeline performance.

Storage method:

HDPE double-wall corrugated pipes should be stored in a dry warehouse at room temperature. Straight pipes should be laid flat, and the stacking height should not exceed 2m. Porous pipes that are stripped and rolled can be laid flat, but heavy pressure or extrusion stacking should be avoided.

HDPE double-wall corrugated pipes are not allowed to be mixed with toxic and harmful substances, should be kept away from heat sources, and eye-catching no-fire signs should be set in the storage place.

The storage period shall not exceed 2 years for one share from the date of production.
